day 37

Postby barb6374 » Tue Mar 09, 2010 1:56 pm

Hi to you all

Day 37 and ive stopped counting them now. I had to do the sums before i could write day 37 haha.
Everythings still going good , few thoughts a day but nothing bad that i cant overcome.
I love the fact that most of the day smoking doesnt enter my head and when it does , it soon goes.

Hope you are all well and happy in your quits,

Take care

Well done, that such good going!!! :Good: :Good: :Good:

I've now done 5 weeks so am only a couple of days behind you.... Feeling so much better about not smoking now. Still had the odd craving, but they are much weaker than they used to be, and I can even go a whole day without thinking about it now so for those of you who are still in the early stages of your quit have heart. It will get easier.

Aww Joanna , a very big welldone to you.

I feel more happy about the craves being less and less intense than actually giving up smoking. Its hard to explain .

I forgot to mention that i have odemma in my legs and been on water tablets for a few years , but since i gave up smoking my right leg has no swelling at all and the left leg is nearly there aswell, dont know if the stopping smoking helped or not !!!!

We are doing so well.
