sure hope you did treat yourself :) A whole month off the smokes and its a huge achievement for you !

I'm sure you defiinitely are starting to see and feel a difference in yourself now too, but if not, you will and sometimes its a bit gradual, but the hard truth is you are not poisoning yourself any more.

Tis funny but if you asked any sane person, would you lock yourself in a room filled with 4000 poisons/carcinogens in the air to breath? They would answer you without a doubt NO WAY!!!

Yet smokers accept that deal everytime they put a ciggie to their mouth. Just doesn't seem logical to me.

FOR YOU THOUGH? FREEDOM!!!! you are in month 2.. and what a month this one will be!! certainly you'll look and feel much better, and you will find your energy levels starting to raise a bit too, although at times you do feel tired, nap if you get like that though .
Before you talk, listen. Before you act, think. Before you criticize, wait. Before you pray, forgive. Before you quit, try. - Ernest Hemingway

OK, so it's not all that relevant to smoking but I love it anyway!

I quit smoking on Monday 14th June 2010 at one minute past midnight
