Joined today, I have been smoke free for 32 days! that is more than a month, I say this because I am surprised (You don't have to be!)
I am Quitting with the help of Champix.
I smoked for 33 + years - 20+ a day
I have had many unhappy quit attempts, but this one has worked.
Thats enough about me. Hope I can be of help here and look forward to reading about you guys.

You'll find we're a happy and helpful bunch of people here we have a lot of fun and laughter as I told you
Everybody helps everybody else along the sometimes bumpy road to freedom I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we'll enjoy having you
Make yourself right at home, grab a chair and lets have a coffee and a biccie

Anything you need to know just ask alright for sure someone here will have the answer for you

40 plus a day for 35 years now on my second year smoke free and I done it CT this time. yesssssssssssssss
