I had the worst mondays when i was first quitting, but the good news is that they become much less hassle once you stabilise without nicotine flowing through your system.. once your through the craving period of the quit, and once you are more settled, mondays just become mondays, and when you look around at work, there isn't anyone who truly wishes to be there :)

Difference now though, is your quit, and coping on mondays you will learn to practice and its soooooo nice to finally relax once its all done :)

Quit over a year ago now, on the 11th July, 2009 using patches and life is good!!
