This is such a good read boudee - Read it yesterday and its helping me
I have no desire to smoke and the thought of going through that first period of mixed emotions and feeling yuk that im purposely reading about is a frightening reminder to stay smoke free!!

Thank you Bou :Thank_You: I think you just summed it up in a nutshell for me.........when i've tried to quit before it's been because others wanted me too, which i can quite understand, but this time it was me, in my head, and in my heart that wanted to do it, without any mention of it from anyone else. I really do believe now (for me, that is) that there is a right time.....your time :Give_A_Heart: what an inspiring read to anyone and a great outcome for both you and Tim xxxxxxxxxxx Image

You have to quit for your self Bev, I don't think you can hold onto a quit for other people :Stop: it's tough sometimes and you have to want it so bad to get over the rough times, the want to quit needs to out weigh the addiction I think?
