Hi jack
It's good to see you again on here and 11 weeks smoke free with all the trouble you've had ltely thats great
But as you know smoking wouldn't have hlped but you're doing so well to stay smoke free right now

Pretty inspirational Jack, going through a bereavement is hard enough but staying quit as well is pretty awesome stuff, if you can stay quit and have such a devastating loss then we all can
