Day 4 is almost over. Checked my Carbon Monoxide level at work today. When I smoked it was well over 20ppm........now down to ZERO!!!!!! That of a non-smoker!!!! Hooray for me :Raspberry2:

It takes 72 hours for all the Carbon monoxide to go back to normal levels which is 0-6ppm (parts per million). Obviously you can breath in Carbon Monoxide from the air (from car fumes etc) so you wont always get a zero reading. I am lucky enough to live somewhere where there is little pollution. Tried the machine on one of our Drs who smokes and he set off the alarm on it.....over 20ppm. I think I scared him lol!

machine definatley not broken as the Dr measured more than 20 on the same machine. Happy that day four has gone well. Think it was easier to be at work rather than at home as I was at the weekend. A few of my patients are on Champix too, so it was nice to compare notes. Now thinking about what to get for my one week gift to myself......hmmm.

Great work,

I wish I'd had my CO levels checked I think it would have helped spur me on.

More than half way through the 1st week now.

Cheers
