Yep still not brill chest wise, but still not smoking, been getting severe cravings today,but not given in. :No:
Seems harder than day one :Dont_Know:
But not going to give in :Ok:

Some days can feel worse than day one but as time goes on they get less and less so hang in there and just know quiltings not forever :Give_A_Heart:

It sorts out with time, in a couple of weeks you'll look back on it and be glad its over and you don't have to repeat it ever again.

We have much older members that have come through this forum hun and they quit and are still quit, don't think this can't be done due to the length of time and the amount you smoked, trust me you can do this :Give_A_Heart:

Glad to hear it too, life as a non smoker is far superior Sarah it really is, if only I had known this and gave up years ago or better still never started, you too will soon be just like me :Give_A_Heart: well no not LIKE me no you might not like that haha but you know.............. :lol: :lol:

Well done you 6 days is great just keep going you can do this even though you smoked for 30 years promise :Ok:

I smoked for over 50 years and gave up aged 65 15 + months ago so it is very doable :lol: :Grin:

Yes hun the early days can be hard sometimes but you will have more good days. Has time gose on it just gets easyer and easyer. I agree it can be done look at me never thought I would quit. 40 plus a day for 35 years and now here I am a week behind marg.xxx
