Well its day 7 today and at 10.30 2night i will have completed 1 week.
I still have a really bad sore throat and feel like poo
I was googleing and read an article about tips on giving up smoking. One of the tips was to think " if i want to smoke i will ". So now instead of battling with myself saying no i wont smoke i just think well if i do want one i will and funny but i havent even had a crave. Whether because in the back of my mind i have taken the pressure off of giving up , who knows !!!!.
Anyways , its working for me at the moment, prob feel completely different 2morrow lol.
So as it is today , i dont want to smoke and dont feel any urge to smoke.

demons tried to get me back I would say to myself if I still want one in 5 mins I'll go and buy some then I stretched it to 10 then half an hour and so on
